The Board had the opportunity to meet with a representative from Caldwell Cos, the developer of the land next to The Enclave and across from Oakcrest Intermediate. Some notes below.
- The development is 28.8 acres and is planned to hold 204 homes in a gated community.
- It will be developed, owned, and managed by Caldwell as a build-to-rent neighborhood.
- Homes will start at 1,300 sq ft and will rent for $1,800-$3,000/month. They are aiming for an aesthetic similar to The Heights.
- Lots will be standard size – 35-45 ft wide.
- Amenities will include a clubhouse, gym, and walking paths around a green space.
- Their hope is to start building as early as April 2023, and the project will complete in 18 months.
