Welcome to Hayden Lakes!
On behalf of the Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors and the entire community, welcome to Hayden Lakes! Our wonderful subdivision began development in 2015 and includes 668 homes.
Like changing jobs, there’s always a little uncertainty moving into a new neighborhood. If you’re hoping to find a community with shared family values, respect for your neighbors, and living safe and worry-free, then you’re in the right place. These are some of Hayden Lakes’ biggest assets!
The intent of this page is to point you in the right direction for the information that will be most helpful for new residents.
Pool
The pool is open from March-October for Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR). There are lifeguards from 12-9pm, June-mid August. To access the pool, you will need to fill out the form and receive a pool access card. Additionally, to use the pool when lifeguards are not present, a SAYOR release will need to be on file. Both forms may be found on the Pool page.
Communications
To receive regular neighborhood updates and meeting notices via email, please complete and return a Contact Form.
