Welcome to Hayden Lakes!
On behalf of the Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors and the entire community, welcome to Hayden Lakes! Our wonderful subdivision began development in 2015 and includes 678 homes.
Like changing jobs, there’s always a little uncertainty moving into a new neighborhood. If you’re hoping to find a community with shared family values, respect for your neighbors, and living safe and worry-free, then you’re in the right place. These are some of Hayden Lakes’ biggest assets!
Moving to a new subdivision, city, or state can be stressful and full of to-do lists. Through our personal experience as residents, we have compiled some of the major benchmarks for you in the following resources. We have included information for residents that are new to Houston, new to Texas, or first time homeowners. This page is chock full of information, but we are under no illusion that it’s comprehensive. If you have any questions that you feel are unanswered, you can always feel free to contact the Welcoming Committee at Welcome@haydenlakeshoa.org. Additionally, the Board is very responsive to all inquiries.
Again, welcome to our community! We couldn’t be happier to have you, and we are looking forward to meeting you in person soon.
