As the Board begins compiling the 2025 budget, we would like to get resident input on the current services and amenities that are provided. We intend to do all in our power to prevent raising assessments for 2025. Several of our contracts have not increased in 3 years and we will be diligently negotiating these to keep them the same or as close to the current rates as possible. These include landscaping, holiday lights, and mosquito spraying. During budgeting, we balance the need to keep up the aesthetics, functionality, and overall attractiveness of the neighborhood with the understanding that none of us want to pay more.
