Hayden Lakes Residents,
The Hayden Lakes Board of Directors is pleased to announce the transition to Crest Management Company effective November 1. Our new manager is Amber J, who can be reached at Amberj@crest-management.com. A letter will be mailed in the coming days that will include information on registering for an online account with a temporary password. The online account will allow residents to submit electronic forms for pool access and ARC requests, as well as receive emails for most required notifications. This will allow quicker notice for the resident and the Association to save on printing and postage. This initial eblast with the current email contact list will only be sent once. ALL residents will need to register and include an email address to receive future eblasts and electronic notifications. Information will not be transferred over from the previous management company. We anticipate 2026 assessment notifications will be sent out in late November and payments will need to be made to Crest.
A welcome letter from Crest Management will arrive via USPS during the first week of November. We encourage all residents to check their mailboxes and promptly register for an account to stay up to date. The Board looks forward to a smooth transition but we standby ready to assist any residents with questions.
