Below are not official Minutes, but a recap of the Board meeting from Tuesday, March 24th.
Social
Garage Sale – This Saturday, March 28
Easter Egg Hunt – April 4, starting at 9:30a
Crawfish Boil – April 25, 12p-until we run out
Landscaping – Basic tree trimming was removed from the landscaping agreement and thorough trimming is being completed by an arborist. We will do 1/3 of the neighborhood each year, starting with the front – along Boudreaux, lake 1, and the entrance up to the roundabout.
Fences – A partial survey of community fences was completed. It shows that wooden fences along Boudreaux and Hayden Lakes Dr between residential and Association property are built on the Association side of the property line and will be maintained from dues assessments. Wooden fences on the east and west sides between residential properties and Association easement are built on the resident’s side and are resident responsibility.
Yard of the Month – Looking for a volunteer judge. Please contact the Board if interested. Would like to start up again in April.
Pool – Any accounts not on a payment plan with unpaid 2026 or prior year assessments will have pool access revoked.
To protect Association assets, new guidelines for fines and revocation of privileges for accessing the pool without a working pool card were announced. Please see haydenlakeshoa.org/pool for details.
