Landscaping – Proposals and Easements

The Board received three bids for landscaping management by the due date of 3/4/22. The Board and Vendor Qualification Committee will review the bids over the next two weeks and will communicate that evaluation later this month.
The Board contracted one of our well-known residential landscapers to clean up the easements around the hood, and that work began over the weekend. The work is slated to continue next weekend and will hopefully complete within the month. The job is a large one because of all of the trash that’s been thrown over the fence by residents over time, which is why a large financial outlay was necessary to get it cleaned up once and for all. A reminder that our trash company will take any and all trash twice per week, and going forward, the Board will pay close attention to all trash in the easements and will hold people accountable.
