The Board will be able to dedicate more time to researching SAYOR now that the pool and landscaping contracts are nearly complete and signed. In order to better understand the costs associated with SAYOR, the Board is working with our insurance broker. The insurance application is quite lengthy. SAYOR feasibility is a process, and the change will not be immediate.
We hope to start with a hybrid approach of Tuesday-Sunday SAYOR from sunrise until 30-60 minutes before pool opening. Then, lifeguards will take over from 10a-9p. More importantly, SAYOR will hopefully lengthen the swim season well into September and October.
