- There will be one open board position to be elected for a term starting in January 2023. Depending on interest, the Board could expand to five members, leaving three open board positions. Solicitation of candidates will be mailed in the next six weeks. Candidates will be assembled, and a virtual open forum may be held before the end of the year. Voting will be done by mail and will begin in the first or second week of December. Winner(s) will be announced at the annual meeting early in January 2023.
