Contract Status – Landscaping and Pool

Proposals for both landscaping and pool vendors are due by 3/4/22.
1. The landscaping contract ends on 4/30/22. There has been considerable meeting and discussion with three landscaping vendors. All are familiar with the area, have neighborhood experience, and have excellent communication. Evaluation and working through terms and conditions will be complete by the first part of April. Award will be complete before the last week of April.
2. The pool management contract ends on 3/31/22. The Board has two pool management bids to evaluate as of today. They work out to similar all-in costs. Evaluation and working through terms and conditions will be complete by the middle of March. Award will be complete before the last week of March.
