Landscaping – Easements, Compliance, Vendor Evaluation
by Justin Burke | Mar 14, 2022
- The easements were cut and cleaned nearly in entirety over the last couple weeks. There is one section remaining, which will be given the same effort by month’s end. Our new landscaping contract will include scope of work for the easements, so the expectation going forward is that they will stay trimmed and accessible year-round.
- Neighborhood inspection was complete by the Sterling representative last week with a focus on residences that leave room for improvement in their front yards. Letters will be going out within the next few days. We’re now moving into Spring – please address your curb appeal.
- The Board and Landscaping Committee had a great meeting over the weekend to discuss our feelings and evaluation of the bids that were received. We are confident that no matter the decision, we will be in much better hands starting May 1st. Final decision to be communicated on 3/29 at the board meeting.
