Caldwell, the developer of the new community being built south of Hayden Lakes, is doing their best to be a good neighbor and keep us informed. Here is the latest information we have received from them.
Update October 24
Here is the tentative paving schedule we have been given for the remaining pours. Caldwell has confirmed pour dates of 10/25 and 10/28 as the next two pours. They are working to get the 10/28 moved to 10/27. It is marked as such on the map but not guaranteed. They are trying to schedule foundation pours on the same days as the paving so they aren’t impacting sleep every single night, but it’s two different subcontractors for the streets and the houses.
Update October 22
Construction Noise
The very early morning work is required to ensure the concrete for the streets can be poured continuously and not be impacted by the heat of the day. Concrete delivery is not set by the contractors or developer. They anticipate being finished with all the street paving on November 16, which should be roughly 7 more large pours. After that, foundations will continue to be poured until the end of December. The foundation contractor stated they have two pours scheduled for this week, but after that they will move their pours to start no earlier than 6am. Only the remaining street paving would be before 6am. The developer tends to receive concrete pour dates the Friday before the week starts. They are targeting paving to occur on Wednesday and Friday mornings until completed. If the Board gets these dates or any changes, we will post them to Facebook. After streets and foundations, the construction for the other scopes of work are not anticipated to start before 6 am.
Completion Dates
The clubhouse and models are targeted to open in April of 2014. First move-ins are scheduled for July and project completion around January 2025.
