Pool Management: American Pools
- American Pools will begin almost immediately with weekly pool cleaning on April 1.
- The two most influential reasons they were selected were having the best contract language in favor of the Association and no swim test.
Landscaping: IMS
- The IMS contract begins on May 1.
- During site visits to view properties they currently service, beautiful seasonal color and proper turf maintenance and weed control were evident. Drive through and take a look at Wildwood for a good reference. It will take an effort to recover our property, but that standard or better is what we aim to achieve.
- The new contract solidifies in writing many of the items we got the most frequent complaints about, including regular mowing of easements at each visit.
