We hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather finally. We have several important updates for the neighborhood.
President – The Board held a meeting on October 12 to appoint Jonathan Hale to fill the open position. Jonathan is the new President and has hit the ground running to understand the responsibilities. He’s enthusiastic and we believe he will serve the residents well.
Compliance Inspections – The Board has placed an emphasis on yard maintenance this month since the water restrictions have changed to voluntary along with the storage of garbage cans in driveways or on the side of the house in plain sight. If you received a letter for either of these infractions, please do you part and attend to the request to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful!
The Board has been working with Sterling to further understand their inspection process and our expectations. Please see haydenlakeshoa.org/inspections for more details about this process and notations you may see on your account.
Pool – The pool is open one more week until October 31 for SAYOR. After that, the pool and restrooms will be locked until March.
Christmas event – Save the date for the annual Christmas on 12/16, 10am at the pool pavilion. Rumor has it that Santa will be there!
Photo request – As we continue improving the HOA website, we are asking for photos. We have seen some beautiful photos of our neighborhood posted to Facebook. If you have taken any pictures or videos of the lakes, sunsets, pool, playground, landscaping, fish you have caught, or anything else you are proud of, we’d love to post it on the website for current or prospective residents. Please email those pictures to treasurer@haydenlakeshoa.org. If the file is too large, email us and we will arrange an alternative way to receive it. Thank you in advance.
Halloween – Trick-or-treating will take place on Halloween night, Tuesday Oct 31. We look forward to seeing all those great costumes running around the neighborhood. If you are arriving or leaving the neighborhood in the evening, please be extra cautious of children running around. Be sure to check out the house with lights to music each night at the end of Fox Kestrel and the garage haunted house on Halloween night on Ashbrook Dove.
Mirella – We’ve been in contact with Caldwell, the developer of the new Mirella community being built south of Hayden Lakes. They anticipate being finished with the very early morning paving construction by November 16. For more detailed information, please see haydenlakeshoa.org/mirella.
If there are any questions, concerns, or suggestions about these topics or anything else, please email us at board@haydenlakeshoa.org.
