- We have received four proposals for replacing the foliage which has been missing since the freeze of 2021: in front of the pool area, behind the pool area, at the Enclave entrance, and at the Enclave playground. In total, the cost is ~$20k. Should these prove to be cost prohibitive for the 2023 budget, we may attempt another community event to do some gardening!
- The project to connect the sidewalks from lake 2 to 3 is still front of mind for the Board. Pending actual costs through September and October, it’s possible in a best case that we will get the ball rolling on that effort before the end of the year.
