1. The Board is happy with our current vendors’ professionalism, communication, and quality and has decided to retain them through the 2023 calendar year. To date, landscaping and property management contracts have been executed. Landscaping had no price increase but included a potential fuel surcharge that is being accounted for in the preliminary 2023 budget. Property management had <$100 price increase/month.
  2. Both contracts have been reworked to last through 2023 to align with budgeting efforts. The pool management contract is being proposed to complete at new year 2024 as well.
  3. The pool proposal will include SAYOR beginning at Spring Break, guarded when school is out May-August, and SAYOR through October.
